Temporary Surescripts Outage

We were informed by Dosespot that there was a Surescripts outage at around 1:15 pm ET today.

"SureScripts confirmed they did experience a short network outage around 1:15pm that prevented prescriptions from going through. This was resolved quickly and all prescriptions should be going through. We just ask that providers who may still be sending unsent scripts to refresh their DoseSpot login and try again.

We apologize for this interruption."

If you are having any trouble resending prescriptions that failed to send, please try logging out of Akute, logging back in, and resending the prescription.
